Our fabrics quality certification

Our fabric manufacture meets the most severe requirements for the ecological safety of its products, according to certificate Oeko-Tex 100.
We use only European 100% linen - organic and OEKO-Tex® certified medium density fabric of 165-175 GSM, depending on the color.
This linen item was gently pre-washed. In order to get beautifully wrinkled texture, shabby chic look, and lux smoothness. Stone washing saves the strength of flax fibers and your time for ironing (that is not needed anymore!)

Care instructions

Machine wash warm or cold, tumble dry low heat/ gentle cycle. Will get softer and softer after each wash.

How can I edit/change my shipping information?

If you wrote incorrect shipping information or simply want to change the shipping address, write us a message with the correct one. We will include that in our notes and the parcel will be shipped to the right place.
All orders are shipped to your Etsy address, except for the cases when you specified another destination point. After the purchase has been shipped, we cannot amend the delivery address.

Delivery time

* We ask you to note that we are not able to specify a specific delivery date.
We ask you to note the fact that the delivery term is approximate only. The time can be extended on account of circumstances that are out of our control, such as occasional delays and suchlike. VIKOLINO cannot answer for poor weather conditions, delays, and other cases that can hamper the shipping process.
If you do not get your order within 30 days, contact us, and we will inquire into the post office on your case. After examination (which can take time up to 90 days which do not depend on us), if it turns out that the package is lost, we will return your money or send you new products.
If the parcel has been lost on the way, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Don’t find the perfect size? Please write us a message, and we may be able to make something special for your needs. Please have in mind custom orders could not be returned or exchanged.

What if I need to change/cancel my order?

Do not hesitate to contact us if anything is not right with your order. We will surely help you solve the issues regarding accidental mistakes (wrong size, color, etc.).

Do you accept returns?

FREE SHIPPING and FREE RETURN. Just write to me if something does not suit you and I send you RETURNING LABEL
Our shop accepts returns and exchanges.

Which Postal Carrier will Deliver my Package?

We work with national postal carriers, so if you are in the USA, your package will be delivered by USPS. If you are in Australia, then it will Australia Post, Germany - Deutsche Post, etc.

Do you provide Track and Trace Number for packages?
Yes, we do. After your package is shipped, we add the track and trace number to your Receipt. If you struggle to find it and want to track your package, feel free to message us. Some postal carriers provide status updates online, others don't. Then calling your local postal office with the track and trace number at hand is a good idea.
